You’re probably gearing up for summer, and we completely understand that.

But for now, let’s dig in and see what’s been released in May.

Our focus on bringing you the smoothest invoicing experience continues – here are all the improvements we’ve released.

Filters on “What Do You Want To Invoice” screen allow you to filter budgets by your parameters. This is especially useful when your invoice is made out of multiple budgets, and you quickly need to find budgets that should go together. For example, you can find budgets in a specific currency, or where the for invoicing amount is of a certain value.

Next, we’ve added new integrations options for customers in Belgium and the Netherlands. Payments sync are now supported if Exact is your tool of choice, or you can integrate with Twinfield.

Also, if it so happens that you have unrecognised time on an invoice, you’ll get a notification and an explanation of the issue.

Finally, you can now send an invoice multiple times, even if it was sent before. If, for example, a client needs a duplicate or they have misplaced the original invoice.

When adding expenses, you’ll see the quantity field, allowing you to define how many items are there – this will make life easier for you, your clients, and the supplier. And if you’re using expense approvals, you’ll now receive a notification on your email when an expense needs to be approved by you, making the whole process just a bit quicker.

Productive is growing rapidly, so we wanted to redesign the interface to make it more visually appealing, and flexible enough for all the upcoming features. The new UI also gives you more screen real estate, and will make accessing your favourites (like Tasks, Budgets and Docs) much faster.
