Product Manager for AI Team
We’re looking for a passionate and creative problem-solver to join our Product Management Team.

Productive’s aim is to provide agencies with a complete and real-time overview of their business.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how SaaS products work, is able to understand customer needs, and knows how to run a software development lifecycle.
Communication is key – you have to be able to communicate the product roadmap to the team clearly and effectively. In addition, you’ll learn to understand the complexities of your specific product area and figure out how to solve customer pain points.
This role pays a salary range of:
EUR 3,500 – 5,200 gross for an employment contract
EUR 4,200 – 6,240 gross for a B2B contract
With an equity grant of:
USD 14,000 – 37,500 in stock options (4 years with 1 year cliff)
ABOUT THE JOB
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Product Manager at Productive, you’ll guide the vision of our platform and turn it into features our customers love. You’ll own the product roadmap, set priorities for the team, and help drive adoption and growth.
The AI team works across the product rather than within a single module, building AI features that support multiple areas of Productive. Your role will be to align user needs, business goals, and AI capabilities into a clear product direction.
Our cross-functional product teams consist of product managers, designers, and developers.
You’ll be:
Leading the product vision and keeping our roadmap aligned with business goals
Taking full ownership of the AI product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery, launch, and iteration.
Researching and listening to customers, analyzing feedback, studying competitors, and identifying opportunities where AI can create real customer value
Working on AI evaluations to measure output quality, validate assumptions, and continuously improve product performance based on real usage and feedback
Measuring product performance and AI output quality, continuously improving features based on data and user feedback
Partnering closely with product designers (we work in Figma) to deliver seamless user journeys.
Working with Development, Support, Sales, and Marketing to roll out new functionality and build strong go-to-market plans.

ABOUT YOU

a Match
Here’s what makes an excellent fit for this role:
4+ years of experience and proven track record in the role of a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager
Excellent (C1, C2) English communication skills, both written and spoken
Experience with SaaS and complex web applications
Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to synthesize research to understand customer needs
Ability to evaluate other SaaS products, the market, and the competition
In-depth understanding of business and a good understanding of technology
Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
Independent and goal-driven personality
Above-average decision-making and problem-solving skills
Interest in AI/LLM technologies and curiosity about how they can be applied in SaaS products
A keen design/UX eye and attention to detail
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, as this role involves close day-to-day work with each of these functions
Prior experience with any backend language, frontend frameworks, Git, or related tools is not required but will be considered a plus. The same goes for experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar; if you’ve used them, tell us how.
Bonus points:
Experience working in an agency, software development company, or consultancy
Experience in the productivity (task management, etc.) or financial space (budgeting, accounting…)
Previous involvement in AI/ML-related projects or integrations
Hands-on experience using Figma
