WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for someone who can own events from idea to execution, and understands that great events are one of the strongest levers for building a meaningful professional community.
This role is part of our Marketing team, but with a high level of independence. Your main focus will be to plan, run, and continuously improve events, both online and in person, for Productive and the Bold Community, while helping grow and engage the audience around them.
You won’t just organize events. This role combines event strategy, production, content creation, community engagement, and industry outreach to deliver experiences that maximize value for our members and attract new ones.
This role pays a range of:
EUR 2,000 – 2,700 gross for an employment contract
EUR 2,400 – 3,200 gross for a B2B contract

ABOUT THE JOB
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Event & Community Manager at Productive, you’ll lead the planning and execution of events for Productive and Bold, from concept to delivery, using events as the primary driver for community growth and engagement.
You’ll work on both online and in-person events, owned events and industry appearances, ensuring each experience delivers real value, strong engagement, and a high-quality execution.
You’ll be:
Owning the end-to-end delivery of all events for Productive and Bold, from concept to execution and follow-up
Planning and executing both owned events and industry appearances, including conferences and sponsorships, in Croatia and abroad
Defining and executing the event strategy, including formats, audiences, and goals
Managing all event logistics, including venues, vendors, speakers, timelines, budgets, and on-site coordination
Creating engaging event formats and content that encourage networking, knowledge-sharing, and participation
Supporting the growth and engagement of the Bold community on Circle and through our newsletter
Tracking performance and continuously improving events based on data and feedback
Collaborating with the Marketing team to align events with Productive’s brand and business goals
Exploring new topics, formats, and trends to keep events relevant and impactful
ABOUT YOU

a Match
Here’s what makes an excellent fit for this role:
You have 3+ years of experience in event management, community management, PR, or a similar role
You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken
You’ve independently planned and executed events end-to-end, both online and in-person
You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple events, stakeholders, and moving parts at the same time
You know how to design experiences, not just handle logistics
You communicate clearly and confidently, and can build relationships with agency owners, C-level executives, and senior professionals
You have experience creating content, including presentations, written content, or event formats
You have strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality
You take ownership, move things forward, and don’t wait for every detail to be spelled out
You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
You bring a positive energy and know how to connect with people naturally
Bonus points:
Experience in community or social media management
Familiarity with tools like Slack, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and social media tools
Experience working in or with agencies
