Productive 4.15
Productive 4.15 brings AI-generated reports and powerful new automations, along with improvements to Expenses, Invoicing, permissions, and Docs.
AI ✨
- Skip the filters – just describe the report you want, and AI will generate it for you in Reports. You can also rate the result to help us improve future suggestions.
Automations 🤖
- Set up scheduled checks to automatically find and act on important changes. For example, set up an Automation like: “Find overdue Tasks every week and alert the Project Manager.” or “Find Budgets nearing their due date that haven’t been invoiced yet and create a draft invoice.”
Budgeting 💰
- You can now apply your saved tax rates when creating or editing Expenses.
Invoicing 🧾
- You can now link delivered Budgets when creating or editing an invoice – even after it’s been created.
Integrations 🧩
- Tax rates added to Expenses will now sync with Xero or QuickBooks.
Platform ⚙️
- In your custom document templates, you can now reorder labels in the table section.
- New custom permissions are available for Resourcing, and permissions for Purchase Orders now have their own category
Project & Task Management ✅
- Docs now support linking directly to specific sections, making it easier to reference and navigate long documents.
