Import Your Data Straight From Harvest to Productive

With all your data successfully imported, you’ll be ready to explore Productive’s functionality in depth.

You can import users, projects, tasks, cost rates, time entries, companies and contacts directly from Harvest to Productive.

Since Harvest and Productive budgeting models are significantly different, we’re recalculating some financial data during the import. Learn more about mapping financials in this help article.

To import data from Harvest into Productive, first go to Settings and then click on Data import. Follow the rest of easy the steps in this article or watch this video.

Please note that only projects that have been worked on and edited within the last 365 days will be imported along with the time entries created during the previous three months.

Harvest is a time tracking tool that offers limited reporting and invoicing features, plus dozens of integration options with other business management apps.
