WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a Marketing Operations Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support our team by keeping systems, tools, and processes running smoothly.

You don’t need years of experience—we’ll teach you what you need to know. What matters is that you’re organized, quick to learn, and eager to collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, design, and customer success.

This role pays a salary range of:

EUR 1,800 – 2,300 gross for an employment contract

EUR 2,160 – 2,760 for a B2B contract

And a performance-based bonus:

up to 30% of gross base salary

ABOUT THE JOB

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Marketing Operations Assistant at Productive, you’ll help ensure our tools, processes, and website run smoothly. You’ll help us keep campaigns on track, data clean, and experiments running, so the team can focus on creating impact.

You’ll be:

Maintaining and updating website content; running A/B tests and reporting issues

Supporting teams with publishing updates and new pages

Managing data hygiene, properties, and associations in HubSpot

Assisting with email sequences, workflows, lists, and campaigns

Testing and troubleshooting forms, booking tools, and integrations

Researching and implementing new tools; ensuring proper tracking setup

Preparing simple reports in Looker Studio and keeping data clean for analysis

ABOUT YOU

Let’s See If We’re
a Match

MUST HAVE: Excellent (C1, C2) English communication skills, both written and spoken

1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably with CMS and CRM systems

You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

You can create clear, easy-to-follow process documentation

You’re curious about tools like WordPress, Webflow, Clay, HeyReach, Lovable, HubSpot, Figma, or automation platforms (experience is a plus, not a must)

You’re a fast learner, eager to grow in marketing operations
