WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support our Engineering teams, improve our organizational processes, and help us grow the company.
This role pays a range of:
Starting from EUR 5,000 gross for an employment contract
Starting from EUR 6,000 gross for a B2B contract
With an equity grant:
USD 40,000 – 70,000 in stock options (4 years with a 1 year cliff)

ABOUT THE JOB
Our Engineering department has grown significantly over the past couple of years—and we’re continuing to scale. To support this growth, we’re looking for another experienced Engineering Manager to help our engineers thrive and contribute to building an engineering organization.
As our Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we work, lead one of our product teams of 5–10 engineers, and ensure they have the support and structure needed to do their best work.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibility is to keep the team healthy and deliver product updates predictably. In practice, you will:
Lead weekly planning and drive reliable delivery (scope, priorities, timelines)
Partner closely with the Product Manager and Product Designer on discovery → execution, and keep the roadmap moving
Stay hands-on: spend ~1/3 of your time coding, use coding agents daily, and drive adoption of our agentic workflows
Coach engineers via regular 1:1s, direct feedback, and progression conversations; support performance reviews and calibration
Ensure strong engineering ownership for your area (metrics, logs, error reports) and continuously improve team processes
Coordinate cross-team work when needed (incl. platform escalations) and help resolve conflicts early
You’ll report to the VP of Engineering and help evolve our engineering management practices and hiring.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Software Engineer with proven team leadership experience and career progress focused on engineering management.
If you recognize yourself in some of the following characteristics, we will be happy to meet you:
Strong technical background with at least 7 years of software development experience
Accomplishments in delivering successful software products
Determination in improving organizational processes and optimizing communication in engineering teams
Ability to lead, coach, and inspire strong software engineers
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
Experience in performing hiring interviews or participating in the hiring process
Work experience in a SaaS product company is a plus

Before your final interview, we’ll ask you to provide us with contact details for two previous colleagues or managers you’ve worked with. We’ll reach out to them to get their perspective on how you work with others, approach challenges, and the value you’ve brought to shared projects.
