WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for an extroverted, charismatic and energetic individual who has no trouble making new connections and bringing people together.
The Community Manager role is part of our Marketing team, but with a high level of independence. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture the Bold Community by Productive by fostering meaningful engagement, promoting knowledge sharing, and driving community growth. You will do this through online and in-person events.
This role combines strategy, content creation, event management and collaboration with internal teams to maximize the community’s value for its members.
This role pays a range of:
EUR 2.000 – 2.500 gross for an employment contract
EUR 2.400 – 3.000 for a B2B contract
With an equity grant:
USD 6.000 – 7.500 in stock options
(4 years with a 1 year cliff)
And a performance-based bonus:
up to 30% of gross base salary

ABOUT THE JOB
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating and executing engaging activities, campaigns, and content to foster a vibrant community
Managing and growing Bold through platforms like Slack, newsletters, social media, and beyond
Tracking engagement metrics and optimizing strategies based on engagement insights
Collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure Bold aligns with the Productive brand and goals
Leading the organization of all events from start to finish, in Croatia and abroad for Bold and Productive: online and in-person events, owned events (those we organize) and industry events (those we attend, e.g. conferences)
Research work: collecting feedback on various industry topics and publishing reports

ABOUT YOU
Let’s See If We’re
a Match
Impeccable (C2) English skills, both written and spoken
3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in content creation (text, audio, video, live presentations)
Event management or PR management experience
Proven ability to create and execute community-building activities and campaigns
Knowledge of tools such as Slack, email marketing platforms, and social media tools
Strong creative writing skills and an eye for detail
A proactive and results-driven approach
A natural relationship builder, you bring a positive energy to every interaction
Playful but tasteful, you make people smile while also being professional
Comfortable having conversations with agency owners and C-level executives
