This release brings improvements across the board, with AI and Budgeting getting special attention.

AI ✨

  • You can save time and ask AI instead of using manual filters on Projects, Deals, and Invoices.
  • Upload a document (e.g., a receipt), and AI will read it to create an expense form.
  • Add reactions to AI-generated results using đź‘Ť or đź‘Ž.

Automations 🤖

  • Scheduled automations allow triggering actions at a specific time (e.g., Mondays at 8 AM or daily at 3 PM).

Budgeting 💰

  • You can manually override the warning that states, “This budget needs invoicing.”
  • Use the Scenario Builder to create multiple possible project outcomes. By adjusting who does the work, when they can start, and how much it will cost, you can use your existing services and actual expenses to visualize best and worst-case scenarios.

  • Xero integration now supports tax mapping and tax per line item.
  • QuickBooks integration now supports expense exports, and you can sync expense payments.
  • Deal line items can now be copied from HubSpot to Productive—a line item will be converted into a service in Productive.

  • Save time and define time-off approval policies for time-off categories. Specify who must approve a time-off request and who will be notified – previously, this had to be done for each individual teammate.
  • Better, cleaner UI: The “Work log,” “Feed,” and “Emails” tabs are now merged into a new tab called “Activity.”
