ABOUT PRODUCTIVE
Productive’s aim is to provide agencies with a complete and real-time overview of their business.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to join our Core Team and play a pivotal role in building and advancing the AI platform for our agency management software, Productive.
This role pays a range of:
EUR 3,300 – 5,000 gross for an employment contract
EUR 3,950 – 6,000 for a B2B contract
With an equity grant:
USD 24,500 – 33,000 in stock options
(4 years with a 1 year cliff)

ABOUT THE JOB
This job requires balancing creative and technical problem-solving, optimizing for delivery and stability, and sharing knowledge with other team members.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and maintaining the AI platform in Productive, including integrations with LLM platforms (like OpenAI) and custom-built Python code
Implementing AI-driven features to enhance the user experience and efficiency of agency management processes
Collaborating with the product team to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI solutions into Productive
Optimizing and improving the performance and scalability of our AI algorithms and models
Establishing a continuous testing and deployment strategy for our AI platform
Staying updated on the latest advancements in AI
With the rest of the team, you will build a resilient, service-oriented architecture and deploy your code daily without fear of breaking things.

CORE TEAM
The Core Team in Productive builds features used across the product, such as Automations, Custom Fields, Permissions Sets, Reporting, User Onboarding, AI, and more.
As a Core Team member, you will work with a Product Manager, Designer, Backend, and Frontend Engineers — who will help you develop AI features in Productive.

Let’s See If We’re
a Match
The ideal candidate for Productive is a software engineer with 4+ years of industry experience building software products.
Also, ideally, the candidate has experience building AI/LLM-based solutions.
If you recognize yourself in some of the following characteristics, we will be happy to meet you:
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, and Javascript
Solid understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
Experience with integrating AI models and algorithms into software applications
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Great communication skills
