SEO Content Specialist

ABOUT PRODUCTIVE
Productive’s aim is to provide agencies with a complete and real-time overview of their business.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Productive, a B2B SaaS software company, is looking for a talented SEO Content Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, well-researched content with AI tools to boost our online presence and help us rank on Google.
You’ll be working within an established SEO team of two that has doubled website traffic in the past 12 months and driven significant signups and buyers through organic channels.
This role pays a salary range of:
EUR 1,400 – 1,700 gross for an employment contract
EUR 1,700 – 2,000 for a B2B contract
With an equity grant of:
USD 12,500 – 13,500 in stock options (4 years with 1 year cliff)
And a performance-based bonus:
up to 30% of gross base salary

ABOUT THE JOB
This role involves balancing AI-generated writing with professional, natural-sounding content, as well as extensive research on a wide range of industry topics.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, write, and edit blog posts on Productive and agency management topics
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for efficiency while ensuring that the language is natural and fact-checking information (especially regarding Productive and our competitors)
Optimize content for search engines with relevant keywords, meta tags, and formatting techniques within industry-standard tools such as Frase and PageOptimizerPro
Collaborate with the content team and other departments to ensure content is aligned with our brand voice, style, and target audience
Analyze competitor content to suggest improvements to our current formats
Keep track of new product features to accurately showcase the benefits of using Productive

ABOUT YOU
Let’s See If We’re a Match
The ideal candidate for this role has at least 2+ years of experience working as a Content Writer or in a similar role (SEO Writer, Copywriter, Blogger, PR Specialist, Community Manager or Content Specialist).
If you recognize yourself in some of the following characteristics and skills, we will be happy to receive your application:
Must-have: Excellent (C1, C2) English communication skills with solid writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
Effectively researching topics using various online resources, databases, industry reports, and expert interviews
Analyzing complex information, extract key insights, and present them in a clear and engaging way
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
Bonus Points
Prior SEO experience is a plus but not necessary, as training will be provided
Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
