Product Manager
We’re looking for a passionate and creative problem-solver to join our Product Management Team.
ABOUT PRODUCTIVE
Productive’s aim is to provide agencies with a complete and real-time overview of their business.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how SaaS products work, is able to understand customer needs and knows how to run a software development lifecycle.
Communication is key — you have to be able to communicate the product roadmap to the team clearly and effectively. In addition, you’ll learn to understand the complexities of your specific product area and figure out how to solve customer pain points.
This role pays a range of:
EUR 3,300 – 4,600 gross for an employment contract
EUR 3,960 – 5,520 for a B2B contract
With an equity grant of:
USD 17,500 – 42,000 in stock options
(4 years with a 1 year cliff)

ABOUT THE JOB
This job requires a combination of leadership, technical and analytical skills — and a passion for creating a product people love to use.
A product manager at Productive owns and manages the product roadmap, sets the priorities for the Product Management Team, develops features our customers need, and drives product adoption and growth.
Our cross-functional product teams consist of product managers, designers, and developers.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the product vision
Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements
Conduct research, gather customer feedback, and identify product innovation and improvement opportunities
Develop product roadmaps and prioritize product backlogs based on business and customer needs
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve product features and user experience
Collaborating closely with product designers to define the best possible user experience
Working with our Development, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing Teams to ensure a smooth rollout of new functionality (product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies)

ABOUT YOU
Let’s See If We’re a Match
4+ years of experience and proven track record in the role of a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager
Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to synthesize research to understand customer needs
Ability to evaluate other SaaS products, the market, and the competition
In-depth understanding of business and good understanding of technology
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Strong communication and presentation skills
Independent and goal-driven personality
Above-average decision-making and problem-solving skills
A keen design/UX eye and attention to detail
Bonus Points
Experience working in an agency, software development company or consultancy
Experience in the productivity (task management etc..) or financial space (budgeting, accounting…)
