Productive’s purpose is to provide customers with a complete and real-time overview of their business.

Our product is an end-to-end solution that helps agencies manage their projects from sales to invoicing and everything in between.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Customer Success Specialist role is a position within the Business Development department.

Your primary responsibility will be to help customers get the most out of our product, thus ensuring a high level of satisfaction and minimizing the risk of churn*. As opposed to traditional support roles, this role is more proactive than reactive.

This role pays a salary range of:

EUR 1,700 – 2,100 gross for an employment contract

EUR 2,040 – 2,520 for a B2B contract

With an equity grant of:

USD 6,000 – 6,500 in stock options
(4 years with a 1 year cliff)

And a performance-based bonus:

A quarterly bonus tied to your success in customer & revenue retention – up to 25% of your quarterly gross salary

*Churn is the percentage rate at which SaaS customers cancel their recurring revenue subscriptions.

ABOUT THE JOB

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping customers get the most value out of their Productive account by setting up optimal processes and utilizing new features

Proactively reaching out to customers who are less engaged with the product or certain features of the product

Driving engagement around new feature releases, tracking and actively pushing new feature adoption where necessary

Working as a second level of customer support, engaging with customers via live chat, email and video calls

Managing your own portfolio of customers, including Quarterly Business Reviews with key customers

ABOUT YOU

Let’s See If We’re a Match

MUST HAVE: Excellent (C1, C2) English communication skills, both written and spoken

2+ years working in a customer facing role, preferably as an account manager or customer success specialist

All or any of the following: experience working in an agency (software development, marketing…), experience working in a SaaS company, experience working in a software product company

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn a complex (but intuitive) product

You’re able to present something complex in a clear and simple way

Confidence or experience in communicating with customers in English on a daily basis

A proactive and exploratory nature, desire to try, test out and figure things out on your own

Strong bonus points:

Excellent (C1, C2) German communication skills, both written and spoken
