Customer Success at Productive
Since you want to run your business your way, I have to find a solution that will work for you. Sometimes that’s not easy, but every time you say Thanks, this really helps! I get a boost of happiness that makes it all worth it.
As a Customer Success Specialist, my job is to understand the way you run your business. Then, I’ll suggest the best possible way to implement Productive and give you cool tips and tricks to get the most out of it.
Along the way, I’ll also keep you informed about new features that are released and updates that you might find relevant. I’ll show you some new, secret stuff that we’re working on, too.
You can always book a call with me for a round of burning questions, a feature demo, or just to hear best practices on a certain topic.
My Path to SaaS
I quit my seven-year-long corporate job and with no idea what my next career move would be, I decided to take a couple of months off and contemplate: what am I really good at? How can I use my skills to be the best in my field and develop new ones in the process?
Before Productive, I had only a vague idea of what creating a software product looks like. It turns out that it takes a lot of creativity and tons of courage.
I can’t say it enough—how important it is to find a product or a service that you really believe is good and is making a difference. If you have to oversell it, you’re probably compensating for the drawbacks.
My Typical Day
I’d say that there isn’t a typical day at Productive for me – there’s so much going on! You’ll see me in meetings with customers, testing and discussing new features, writing blog posts, checking metrics and discussing them with our team. But there is never a dull moment and I can do everything in my own time.
We all act naturally. This means more confidence and significantly less stress when dealing with challenging situations. Forcing yourself to be someone you are not will eventually wear you out, so make sure that in the long run, you’re not compromising your true self. And since you spend one-third of your day with your team, it’s really important to feel accepted and valued.
What I truly appreciate is that here, your input matters, and the final result is the work of the whole team. This feeling of working on something together, and the genuine excitement when a new feature is released, is really what makes it so unique.
